Q-Skip is a queue management platform that enables businesses to manage customer queues and send notifications via WhatsApp. The Service includes:

  • A dashboard for businesses to manage their queues
  • A customer-facing interface for joining queues
  • WhatsApp notifications for queue updates
  • QR codes for easy customer access

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Collect user data without consent
  • Use the Service to harass or harm others

5. WhatsApp Usage

The Service uses WhatsApp Business API. By using the Service:

  • You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
  • You acknowledge that message delivery depends on WhatsApp's availability
  • You agree to only send queue-related notifications to customers

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Q-Skip. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Q-SKIP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
