  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

4. WhatsApp Integration

We use the WhatsApp Business API to send queue notifications. When you join a queue:

  • Your phone number is used solely to send queue-related messages
  • Messages include your position updates and turn notifications
  • You can reply with STATUS or CANCEL to manage your queue entry
  • We do not use your number for marketing without consent

We store data securely using industry-standard practices:

  • Phone numbers are hashed for privacy protection
  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We use secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Neon)
  • Queue entry data is retained for 90 days, then deleted

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • The business whose queue you join (your name, party size, queue status)
  • WhatsApp/Meta (to deliver notifications)
  • Stripe (for payment processing)
  • Law enforcement when legally required
